Magellan Announces the Filing of a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Coringa Project, Brazil

(TSX VENTURE: MNM)(OTCQX: MAGNF) ("Magellan") is pleased to announce that the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") on the Coringa gold project in northern Brazil has been filed on SEDAR. The PEA was prepared by Global Resource Engineering Ltd ("GRE") and is based on the updated resource defined in the National Instrument ("NI") 43-101 compliant technical report dated May 2012.
