• Astral Mining Corp.: Börsennotierung nach Übernahme durch Orex Minerals aufgehoben

  Nach der erfolgten Übernahme von Astral Mining Corp. durch Orex Minerals Inc. wurde die Notierung der Aktien von Astral an der TSX Venture Exchange vergangene Woche aufgehoben. Gemäß Vereinbarung hat Orex im Rahmen der Transaktion alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Astral erworben. Die Aktionäre von Astral erhalten 0,0834 einer Orex-Stammaktie für eine Astral-Aktie.
